About Us
Persatuan Perunding Laktasi Malaysia / Malaysian Lactation Consultants Association (PPM-006-10-14122023) is a national level organisation registered on 14th December 2023, under Section 7 of Societies Act 1966 (Malaysia). Its members are International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC), certified by International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE).
Mission
Our mission is to advance professional growth, education, and advocacy in providing comprehensive lactation care in Malaysia.
This highlights the Malaysian Lactation Consultant Association's commitment to quality and continuous progress in lactation care. It emphasizes the importance of striving for excellence and maintaining high standards in all aspects of their profession. In alignment with World Breastfeeding Week (WBW) 2025, held from 1–7 August, the Malaysian Lactation Consultants Association (MALCA) — a network of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) in Malaysia — proudly supports this year’s theme “Prioritise Breastfeeding. Create Sustainable Support Systems.”

Selaras dengan sambutan Minggu Penyusuan Susu Ibu Sedunia (WBW) 2025, yang berlangsung pada 1–7 Ogos, Persatuan Perunding Laktasi Malaysia (MALCA) , rangkaian International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) di Malaysia dengan bangganya menyokong tema tahun ini iaitu “Utamakan Penyusuan Susu Ibu. Wujudkan Sistem Sokongan Mampan.”
